About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern/Trainee interested in building a career in Technical Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Assist with technical and non-technical hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
- Support the recruitment team in the end-to-end hiring process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
- Basic exposure to technical recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and sourcing skills.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn.
