- Implement state management to keep the UI consistent with backend data and free of race conditions.
- Profile and optimize load times, memory usage, and battery drain.

- Question the user experience: does it hold up for someone working under pressure, with real stakes?

- Experience building for professionals or knowledge workers.
- Shipped features used by people under real pressure.
Terms
- Location: India (on-site / hybrid)

- After 3 months, high performers convert to paid roles, based on reliability on real devices, edge-case handling, code quality, proactive learning, and collaboration.
What You Gain
- Hands-on experience shipping mobile for a production platform.
- Mentorship from engineers who take technical rigour seriously.
- Early exposure to legaltech.
How to Apply

- What you’d change if you built it again, thinking about how someone would actually use it.
Additional Screening Questions to be answered by email:
- Describe one Flutter or mobile project you’ve built. What was your specific contribution?
- What went wrong while building it, and how did you find and fix the problem?
- If you rebuilt it today, what would you change, thinking about how someone would actually use it?
