Here at Adventure Loom, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Communications Representative to support our marketing team in executing campaigns that connect directly with customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns (email, mailers, events, and promotions)
• Support customer outreach efforts and maintain contact lists
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Coordinate marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging
• Help organize promotional events and outreach initiatives
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles or willingness to learn
