About the Role
Join a customer-facing Microsoft Fabric engineering team focused on cloud analytics and data science solutions. Contribute to designing and implementing scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology, architecture, product management, and design teams to deliver outcomes that enhance the customer experience.
- Plan, design, architect, and build feasible solutions based on Medallion Architecture principles.
- Load and process data from on-premises data warehouses and other sources into the Microsoft Fabric environment.
- Apply strong knowledge of data warehousing and data aggregation techniques.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills, with a proven track record in software development.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and notebooks.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Experience converting SQL stored procedures to PySpark.
- Experience implementing Medallion Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL aggregation functions.
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Data Engineering
Qualifications
- DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric certification is a plus.
- DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments using Jira is a plus.
- Knowledge of the investment domain; LOMA certification is an advantage.
