About the Role
Radiance Technologies is seeking a technical intern to support Department of Defense programs in research, development, risk reduction, and testing of high-energy lasers. Tasks will cover hardware integration, testing, modeling, and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tests and implement developmental hardware.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Optics, Physics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA (must be listed on resume).
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Solidworks, LabView, and other engineering tools.
- Understanding of assembly and alignment of systems.
- Lab, test, and design experience from class and outside projects.
