About the Role
ICICI Lombard General Insurance is hiring for a Telesales Process role for their Call Center Executive position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end retention process by renewing policies for existing customers.
- Engage in telesales and communicate with customers via calls.
- Retain existing customers by addressing their queries and providing accurate policy details while maintaining quality standards.
- Educate customers on the importance of renewing their existing policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the system and achieve individual sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

- CTC: Up to 3.79 LPA + Incentives
