About the Role

The Advisor role offers an opportunity to build an additional source of income alongside your existing work, business, profession, or studies. As an Insurance Advisor with ICICI Life Insurance, you will understand customers' financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions based on their goals. The role offers flexible working hours with no mandatory daily office attendance. Advisors can work from anywhere and can also visit the ICICI Life insurance branch for training, guidance, operational support, and customer servicing whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client financial goals, protection needs, and insurance requirements.
• Recommend suitable life insurance solutions based on clients' needs and maintain long-term relationships for future business.
• Generate business through personal networking, referrals, and neighbours interactions.
• Assist with policy issuance, documentation, renewals, and after-sales service.
• Participate in product and business development training.
• Stay updated with insurance products and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Provide professional and ethical customer service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Professionals who understand business priorities and technology delivery and have strong experience within Life or Wealth Insurance.
• Ability to take ownership from product discovery and selling products through Ipru edge app, Team meeting, implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must complete 10th Grade or Above.
• Have basic Insurance knowledge.
• Candidates will need to complete the required IRDAI licensing process to become a licensed Financial Advisor.

Location: All over Tamizh Nadu | Work From Anywhere with good mobile network

Onboarding: Immediate / Serving Notice candidates preferred.

Interview: Virtual Interview (Google Meet).

Earning Potential: Commission-based earnings, renewal commission opportunities on eligible policies.
