About the Role

This is an entry-level position for a Wisconsin Associate Commercial Title Examiner (Remote) at First American's GO Title division. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members on routine projects with shorter production times.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders within Wisconsin.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines.
• May abstract records for residential properties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient MS skill set.
