Intern Media and Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Wadeshwar Restaurants is seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and food-loving Media & Marketing Intern to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the Directors and Leadership Team, contributing to social media growth, content strategy, and brand promotions.

Please note: This is not a remote position. While work hours are flexible, the intern will be required to visit restaurant locations for specific assignments. The usual place of work will be Wadeshwar's Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative content ideas and social media strategies.
• Assist in designing promotion materials for new product launches.
• Coordinate photography/videography at restaurant outlets for engaging content.
• Be an inherent promoter of the Wadeshwar brand, taking ownership in driving its visibility through personal social media presence and word-of-mouth marketing.
• Assist in conducting NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys and analyze customer feedback.
• Research industry trends and bring fresh, innovative marketing ideas.
• Work closely with media agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in handling PR and promotional collaborations.
• Use AI tools, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software to create high-quality content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-driven content creation, and social media growth strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Mass Communication, Business or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and AI content tools.
• Comfortable with content writing, photography, and storytelling.
• Ability to converse fluently in Hindi, Marathi, and English, with strong written fluency in English.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and accurate execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• A foodie at heart with a love for South Indian food and Wadeshwar’s legacy.
• iPhone and MacBook for content creation and editing.
• Own mode of transport in Pune for easy coordination at different outlets.
