Growth Intern (Content & Social)

About the Role

Tradl AI is building tools for retail traders and investors in India. This is a hands-on execution role focused on content and social media output.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Writing
• Draft social posts, captions, and short-form copy across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit from briefs and existing source material.
• Repurpose long-form content (newsletter editions, YouTube scripts) into platform-native posts.
• Maintain a swipe file of good market/finance content from other creators.
• Social Media Coordination and Management
• Maintain the content calendar, tracking deadlines and approvals.
• Schedule and publish approved posts across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube community, and newsletter.
• Monitor comments and DMs on channels, flagging items for response or escalation.
• Track basic performance metrics (likes, comments, saves, CTR) in a weekly log.
• Coordinate with design/video resources for asset readiness.
• Chase approvals and sign-offs to ensure timely publishing.
• Occasional Input
• Provide 1-2 content or angle ideas per week.
• Flag trending market conversations or formats worth reacting to.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube community, and newsletters.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and tracking tools (implied by calendar management).

Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, commerce, or a related field (undergrad or recent grad).
• Basic understanding of F&O, trading, mutual funds, and basic market terms.
• Clean, concise writing in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms (LinkedIn - professional, X - punchy, Reddit - conversational).
• Organised, deadline-driven, comfortable managing a calendar and checklist, and able to follow through independently.
