About the Role
Knorr Bremse is seeking Diploma freshers for an immediate joiner opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo a structured training and hands-on development program in Pune for approximately 1.5 years.
- Learn about manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Gain knowledge in maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Develop skills in equipment troubleshooting and breakdown management.
- Understand quality, safety, and operational excellence principles.
- Learn about shop-floor systems and problem-solving.
- Explore continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing practices.
- After training, become part of the pioneering batch of Operating Engineers for the Chennai Greenfield project.
- Play a key role in establishing shop-floor processes in Chennai.
- Support plant ramp-up in Chennai.
- Transfer knowledge and capabilities to future employees at the Chennai operation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma graduates in:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Mechatronics
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Interest in manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
- Good communication capabilities.
