Role: Optometrist / Sr. Optometrist
Organization: Lenskart
Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions.
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and eyewear solutions.
- Educate customers on lens options and eye care.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales targets.
- Maintain store standards, inventory, and equipment while following SOPs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Degree or Diploma in Optometry, or another relevant optometry qualification accepted by the client.
- Must have studied Optometry as part of formal qualification.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days.
Salary
- 28,000/month for freshers.
- Up to 40,000/month for experienced candidates, depending on experience.
Interview & Training Process
- Virtual AI Assessment.
- Virtual interview via Google Meet.
- 37 days of residential training at the Lenskart Academy (full salary paid).
- Store deployment upon successful completion of training.
Working Schedule
- 6 days a week, with one rotational weekly off.
- This is an in-store retail role.
