Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Cloud Support Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering results. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling, coordinate meetings, and facilitate cross-team communications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
