Marwari Ventures is seeking a Performance Video Editor & AI Realism Expert to transform average raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping content. This role requires a pioneer obsessed with the bleeding edge of AI video generation, capable of making artificial content look undeniably real.

Key Responsibilities

• "Boring to Brilliant" Pipeline: Transform raw, unpolished footage into engaging content through aggressive pacing, dynamic framing, and sharp cuts.
• Master-Class Sound & Color: Manipulate shadows and depth for a premium, cinematic grade. Layer custom Foley and sound design for immersive experiences, fixing audio issues.
• Bleeding-Edge AI Generation: Utilize tools like Higgsfield, Kling, and Cedence to generate custom b-roll, digital avatars, and new scenes.
• Breaking the Uncanny Valley: Create AI-generated reels that are photorealistic and perfectly paced, indistinguishable from camera-shot footage.
• Designing for Conversion: Edit for the "Total Growth Architecture" to ensure hooks, pattern interrupts, and CTAs drive brand strategy and revenue.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mastery of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Active testing and utilization of beta AI tools.
• Understanding of audience retention psychology.
• Ability to fix and enhance raw footage in post-production.

• Deep portfolio demonstrating heavy post-production cleanup.
