About the Role

Kosher Climate is seeking a motivated Business Development Support for its Noida Office. This role offers a challenging environment focused on growth and learning, working closely with the Business Development team on a range of services in Carbon Advisory, Renewable Energy, sustainability, and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in developing the knowledgebase of carbon markets through desk-based research, categorizing reports, documents, policies, and analysis at local and national levels.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services, or new ways to reach existing markets.
• Seek out appropriate contacts in organizations and generate leads through regular follow-ups.
• Assist seniors in developing sales pitches for prospective clients and participate in presentations of business ideas.
• Coordinate with other departments for the smooth flow of work and expedite processes through established practices.
• Draft client contracts based on company size and service requirements.
• Support the reporting manager in tracking and maintaining leads generated and providing data for client-specific presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Agriculture / Forestry / Environment / Sustainability.
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in Consultancy and BD Role, specifically in:
• Carbon Consultancy
• Renewable Energy
• ESG Consultancy
• Power Sector
• WTE
• Nature-Based Solutions (NbS)
• Prior BD Experience is mandatory, desirable in the consultancy space (client-facing).
• Ability to write concept notes, short reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and prepare contracts and proposals, decks, pitches (as per client requirements).
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management.
• Proactive and "Can-do" attitude.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team Player with an adaptable working nature and multitasking ability.
