About the Role

SMARTANK Business Consulting is seeking a Founder's Office Intern for a full-time, hybrid role in Mumbai. This internship offers exposure to strategic initiatives, C-suite executive search, talent management, business strategy, and performance consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and market/competitor analysis.
• Prepare business presentations and reports.
• Coordinate projects across advisory, talent, and performance strategy functions.
• Track key deliverables.
• Assist with client-facing materials and internal documentation.
• Work on process improvements and data-driven insights.
• Support training, mentoring, and HR-related initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and Docs).
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distill insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in business strategy, consulting, HR, or talent management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Willingness to work from the Mumbai office as needed in a hybrid model.
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak projects.
• Prior internship or project experience in business strategy, consulting, HR, or talent management is an advantage.
