About the Role

As the first team member, the successful candidate will help shape both the learning experience and the business as Gradis.ai grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate live sessions, helping children develop ideas, overcome challenges and explain what they create.
  • Build relationships with parents and improve the experience for families.
  • Contribute to content, outreach and experiments that help Gradis.ai grow.
  • Turn observations and feedback into practical product and learning improvements.
  • Take ownership of open-ended projects and move work forward with initiative.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with around 1–2 years of experience.
  • Genuine enjoyment of working with children and the ability to communicate clearly with them and adults.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, strong organisation and dependable follow-through.
  • Curiosity, sound judgement and comfort working independently in an early-stage environment.
  • Education, psychology, teaching or tutoring experience is useful but not required.
  • No coding or prior AI experience is necessary, but an interest in learning new tools is important.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Mumbai, with a monthly compensation of ₹42,000.

As Gradis.ai's first hire, you will have direct responsibility and meaningful scope to influence the company's direction.
