About the Role
- General Insurance sector role.
- Inbound for customer query resolution.
- Outbound for verification and renewal reminders.
- No sales, no targets.
- Rotational day shifts (7 AM – 10 PM, 9 hours).
- 7 rotational offs per month.
- CTC: 1.90 – 2.92 LPA.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
