About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations.
- Manage demand planning and inventory monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Track order status and manage lead times.
- Resolve supply disruptions to maintain product availability across retail locations.
- Analyze data to optimize inventory levels.
- Support process improvements.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to streamline workflows.
- Prepare regular reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational problems, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant internships or experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Gurugram and willingness to collaborate closely with store, warehouse, and corporate teams.
- Knowledge of basic compliance, documentation, and standard operating procedures related to supply chain and retail operations.
