About the Role
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy.
- Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
- Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.
Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean.
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction from others.
- Knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.
Bonus
- Previous janitorial/cleaning experience.
Compensation
- $17.05/hour
