About the Role
OwnEzzy helps small businesses, home-based entrepreneurs, and retailers launch and manage online stores without the complexity of building a website from scratch. Its goal is to make online selling simple, accessible, and affordable. As a Customer Support and Website Onboarding Intern, you will help new and existing customers understand the platform and confidently operate their online businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through WhatsApp calls and messages to understand their needs, answer questions, and follow up with interested users.
- Conduct live demonstrations of OwnEzzy, including registration, online-store creation, product management, order handling, and use of the Store Admin Panel.
- Guide customers through website setup and onboarding, explain online business workflows, resolve basic technical queries, and provide ongoing assistance.
- Explain technical processes in clear, simple language while maintaining a patient, confident, and responsible approach.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English.
- Comfort with customer calls, WhatsApp conversations, and website demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of websites and how online stores work.
- Good computer and internet-handling skills, with eagerness to learn.
- Female candidates aged 18–25 years who are comfortable supporting customers are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote, full-time internship lasting 2 months with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity.
