About the Role
- Inbound Customer Service with Cross-Selling responsibilities.
- Location: Palava, Dombivli.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and company standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Versant Level 3 or 4 communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate freshers are eligible.
- HSC candidates with up to 6 months of BPO experience can apply.
Shift Details:
- Shift: Rotational Shifts.
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off.
Immediate joiners preferred.
