Software Development Internship

About the Role

ATS Services Pvt Ltd offers a structured software development internship exclusively for engineering students. Interns will contribute to a real project within defined milestones and timelines, with access to current AI tools provided by the company. The programme is designed to build practical development experience, disciplined execution, and familiarity with responsible AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, development, testing, debugging, and documentation for an assigned project.
• Use company-provided AI tools responsibly to support software development and problem-solving.
• Work toward strict project deadlines, communicate progress regularly, and incorporate mentor feedback.
• Collaborate with mentors and fellow interns either online or from the ATS Services Pvt Ltd office, depending on the selected work arrangement.
• Maintain clear project records and support the successful completion of agreed milestones.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Applicants must be engineering students with a strong interest in software development.
• Interest in programming, debugging, and modern AI-assisted development practices is expected.
• Ability to work independently, meet strict timelines, and complete assigned project deliverables.
• The internship is scheduled for 3 months, with possible extension up to 6 months based on project requirements and performance.
• Up to 10 candidates will be considered, with at least 4 selected for the paid internship opportunity.
• Selected interns working from the ATS Services Pvt Ltd office will receive ₹15,000 per month, while selected interns working online will receive ₹10,000 per month.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can work from the office, but office-based work is not mandatory and strong online candidates will also be considered.
• Applications close on 4 November 2026. Interviews will be conducted between 5 and 8 November 2026, and offers are scheduled to be rolled out between 10 and 12 November 2026.
• Successful project completion may lead to consideration for a job conversion when a suitable opportunity exists and applicable eligibility criteria are met. Conversion is not guaranteed.
