Associate Trainer (Aptitude)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position in Jodhpur for an Associate Trainer (Aptitude). You will conduct classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to prepare students for campus placements and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons.
• Create and update training materials.
• Design practice tests.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and assessments.
• Mentor students.
• Clarify doubts.
• Provide feedback on improvement areas.
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty members to align course content with placement requirements and maintain high training standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating aptitude or test-prep sessions.
• Communication skills to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
• Education and Curriculum Development skills to design, structure, and refine aptitude course content.
• Strong quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability relevant to aptitude and placement exams.
• Ability to use digital tools (presentations, online test platforms).
• Ability to maintain accurate student performance records.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in coaching for campus placements, competitive exams, or corporate training will be an added advantage.
