About the Role
eStatus is hiring for the role of Content Designer Intern. This role is central to the Digital and Customer Experience team, delivering website changes and content upgrades through an agile development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing content based on the needs of enquirers and creating usable web content that is appropriate for the audience and purpose.
- Reviewing content to ensure it’s accurate, relevant, and matches the style guide.
- Designing content for User Experience.
- Arranging and liaising with internal partners to deliver against objectives.
- Planning workload within broader objectives.
- Making designs for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Platforms.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience as a Content Designer or Content Strategist.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and tone.
- Experience working with design teams, developers, and product managers.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and content hierarchy.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Internship Duration: 93 days + 6 days training
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
Working Hours: 3 flexible working hours
Stipend: UNPAID
