Associate Analyst

About the Role

Hanover International Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent Finance or Accounting graduates looking to build a career in financial operations, reporting, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial and operational data across the property portfolio.
• Prepare, update, and distribute reports for management and internal stakeholders.
• Manage utility bills, invoices, consumption data, and Excel tracking sheets.
• Track operational expenses, capital improvements, renters’ insurance, overtime, and other property-related activities.
• Support sustainability reporting and maintain property information in designated systems.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the Finance and Property Management teams.
• Assist with data management, reporting automation, and special projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Interest in data analytics, financial reporting, and automation.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent qualifications may be considered based on role requirements).
