About the Role
This position is for the HERO Org, supporting Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with scheduling activities and recruiting coordination, globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume transactions of scheduling and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
- Maintain the highest quality and improve customer experience.
- Address customers’ queries in a timely manner.
- Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements.
- Work on critical processes requiring deep dives and attention to details.
- Be proactive with deliverables and display ownership.
- Work with data sets.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekend working models.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience in confidential environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
