About the Role

CA Interns are sought to join the Surveillance Team, focusing on monitoring, analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the securities market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor surveillance alerts based on defined parameters.
• Analyze suspicious transactions by reviewing client order books, trade books, and demat records.
• Interact with clients to gather information for surveillance investigations.
• Coordinate with Operations and IT teams to collect and validate data for alert analysis.
• Review and respond to surveillance alerts, queries, and communications from Stock Exchanges.
• Ensure timely exchange reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate existing surveillance frameworks and recommend enhancements for improved alert quality and effectiveness.
• Track regulatory developments, assess their impact, and support the implementation of required changes in systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain surveillance records, alert databases, and audit documentation; support internal and external audits.
