About the Role
Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Production Operator I to join the Wayne Fueling Systems team. This is an entry-level position focused on operating manufacturing production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
- Perform routine work following standard procedures under close supervision.
- Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work with manufacturing production equipment (e.g., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging).
- Understanding of production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Capability to maintain accurate daily production records.
