About the Role

Support day-to-day Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Network Projects and Operations, and assist respective functions.
• Research various Networking concepts and related Technologies.
• Gain domain of expertise, insights, and ideas by interacting with various internal and external parties.
• Understand Networking tools and their management.
• Coordinate with Network Integrators, System Integrators, and Service Providers related to incidents, feasibility, and link delivery.
• Maintain Inventory and trackers.
• Understand and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Process) to achieve end objectives.
• Seek learning opportunities and feedback to increase own knowledge and skills using internal and external training resources.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts for supporting and managing Network Operations.
