Content Specialist, JEE Researcher

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, research-driven Content Specialist – JEE Researcher to develop fresh, engaging, and relatable content ideas for non-academic YouTube content. This role is ideal for someone with a JEE/NEET background who understands the student journey, has a strong instinct for storytelling, and enjoys exploring student life, college culture, career opportunities, and emerging youth trends. Key Responsibilities

• Research student life, college culture, campus experiences, placements, career opportunities, and emerging youth trends.
• Develop fresh, creative, and relatable content ideas for non-academic YouTube channels.
• Translate research and audience insights into compelling video concepts and storylines.
• Identify unique hooks, perspectives, and narratives that capture students’ attention.
• Research trending topics, popular YouTube channels, digital content formats, and audience behaviour.
• Understand student interests, aspirations, challenges, and evolving preferences to develop relevant content.
• Explore unconventional ideas and new content opportunities beyond traditional educational formats.
• Analyse successful content to identify patterns, storytelling techniques, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with content creators and relevant teams to develop and refine video concepts.
• Stay updated on youth culture, internet trends, college experiences, and topics that matter to students.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A JEE/NEET background or a strong understanding of the competitive exam and student journey.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and content ideation skills.
• A natural storyteller who can turn observations and research into engaging narratives.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think beyond conventional content.
• A strong understanding of student culture, college life, career aspirations, and youth interests.
• Familiarity with YouTube, digital content trends, and what drives audience engagement.
• The ability to identify compelling hooks, unique angles, and relatable stories.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and present content ideas clearly.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
