Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and brand values
• Plan campaigns that meet client briefs and present plans to clients
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute plans
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Build long-lasting client relationships to create a better customer experience
• Implement creative and design thinking to solve problems
• Stay on top of Social Media and Industry trends for assigned accounts
• Utilize teamwork to deliver a good team and client experience
• Adapt and prosper in a dynamic work environment

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Internship or job experience in IT, digital, print design, or advertising
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to unlearn and relearn
• Positive mindset and appetite for feedback
• Proficient in documentation, formatting, and organization
• Knowledge of PM Tools
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile Methodology

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE
• MBA in Marketing/Advertisement/Operations is a plus
