Associate Consultant

About the Role

Professa is a global network of experts dedicated to empowering business leaders and teams across areas such as Leadership, Technology Transformation, Environmental Stewardship, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, and Strategic Execution. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant, primarily based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with opportunities to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of client projects.
• Assist in program delivery.
• Conduct in-depth research.
• Analyze business challenges.
• Produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to co-create strategies and solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Prepare reports.
• Design presentations.
• Contribute to both internal and client-facing initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills for evaluating business challenges and devising effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills to plan, structure, and deliver client assignments seamlessly.
• Experience with research methodologies, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Ability to design and tailor presentations and training materials for various audiences.
• Adaptability to hybrid work environments and a comfort level with both in-person and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in consulting, learning and development, or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices, leadership coaching, or strategic planning is highly desirable.
