Influencer Marketing Trainee
About the Role
At Firstlight, we do influencer marketing driven by insight, culture, and a strong understanding of people. We're looking for someone who loves marketing, social media, and culture — someone curious about creators, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant creators
- Assist with creator outreach and follow-ups
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, content, and posting schedules
- Maintain campaign trackers and creator databases
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Stay updated on creators, trends, and content formats
- Help manage multiple campaigns and solve day-to-day challenges
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media
- Curious about creators, marketing, culture, and content
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic data
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
