Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist students, faculty, and staff in understanding their bills and financial obligations to the University. Perform various Accounts Receivable functions and to assist students in persisting to graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students, faculty, and staff in understanding their bills and financial obligations to the University.
- Perform various Accounts Receivable functions.
- Assist students in persisting to graduation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- One year general clerical experience including operating a multi-line phone system.
- Knowledge of SCT Banner Student Information module (Preferred).
Qualifications
- Six months of full-time office experience in collection of past due accounts in which collections was the primary responsibility; OR one year of experience related to collection of past due accounts.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with cash handling, billing, and revenue collection and accounting.
Work Days/Hours
- 9 AM - 1 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation
- Starting annual salary range: $19.32 - $21.61
