About the Role

This is an opportunity to see a business grow in real-time, working directly at the heart of the business. You will handle marketing campaigns, daily operations, vendor coordination, and customer experience. You will use tools like Canva and AI to create, execute, and measure.

What You’ll Work On

• Gain understanding of the business's P&L.
• Launch and manage real digital marketing campaigns, track results.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and the company, including negotiation and relationship building.
• Manage customer interactions, turning complaints into loyalty and queries into conversions.
• Oversee the daily orders dashboard to identify patterns and proactively address issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, ads).
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced professional or a fresher in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any related stream.
• You take ownership and are proactive.
• You are eager to understand how a business works through real execution.
• You are interested in using AI tools, testing ideas, and learning how online brands scale.
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule: Work from the office (5 days a week)

Salary: 30k Per Month
