FRONT END DEVELOPER INTERN

About the Role

This internship places you on the team responsible for building the first impression candidates and clients see at Medinex Workforce: job pages and application forms. You will transform design files into fast, tidy, and responsive screens, learning how a front-end team maintains code consistency as new pages are added.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pages from design files using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Create reusable React components for job listings, forms, and dashboards.
• Ensure pages function correctly on phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Connect screens to backend APIs and display live data.
• Implement form validation and user-friendly error messages.
• Fix layout bugs, broken pages, and optimize loading speeds.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Provide daily progress updates and participate in weekly reviews.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of React (components, props, state, hooks).
• Knowledge of responsive layouts such as Flexbox and Grid.
• Basic understanding of APIs and JSON.
• Attention to detail regarding spacing, alignment, and visual aesthetics.
• A laptop and stable internet connection.

Helpful but not required:

• Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• A portfolio, CodePen, or GitHub profile showcasing built pages.

Qualifications

• Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, diploma programs, or any stream with strong web skills.
• Self-taught developers who can demonstrate projects or provide certificates.
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is needed.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for the duration.

• Duration: 1 to 3 months

• Stipend: Up to INR 14,000 per month

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday or as assigned.
