About the Role

KG CRM Solutions LLP is hiring IT Marketing Interns to join their growing IT company in Mohali, Punjab. The company specializes in Zoho development, CRM solutions, automation, and customized business applications.

Internship Details

• Position: IT Marketing Intern
• Internship Duration: 6 Months
• Internship Type: Incentive-Based
• After 6 Months: Salary + Incentives based on performance and company requirements
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift: Day Shift
• Location: Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage leads generated through company advertisements.
• Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain CRM/software solutions and conduct product demos.
• Introduce customers to the 15-day free trial and guide them through the process.
• Regularly follow up with customers during and after the free trial.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Coordinate with the team once a customer confirms a purchase.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company's CRM system.
• Assist the team with day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
