About the Role
This role involves managing restaurant and merchant accounts for Swiggy's Dine Out service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant and merchant accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations and building strong partner relationships.
- Handle restaurant content management, table reservations, merchant payouts, and resolve operational issues for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on merchant management, escalations, partner requirements, and business-related requests.
- Act as a liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Identify and address operational concerns, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure smooth execution of account-related processes.
- Support partner success through proactive stakeholder coordination, issue management, and operational support.
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure partner requirements are met within defined processes.
