Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, direct sourcing).
- Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment.
- Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure.
- Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback).
- Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness.
- Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health for assigned demands.
- Strong in candidate database management - ATS and Excel.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT skills hiring and niche/volume fulfillment.
- Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Data accuracy, process orientation, and compliance mindset.
- Good communication, follow-ups, and closure ownership.
