Entry-Level Human Resources Recruiter

About the Role

Purple Drive Technologies is an IT and AI infrastructure talent management and consulting firm. We are hiring an Entry-Level Human Resources Recruiter to join our recruiting and account management team. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking a career in recruiting, account management, or HR, offering exposure to end-to-end HR operations and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
• Make outbound calls to introduce candidates to open roles and screen them for qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate activity in our ATS.
• Work with recruiters and account leads to prioritize outreach on high-priority roles.
• Support offer, onboarding, and documentation steps as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Quick to learn new software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfort on the phone.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple candidates.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Internship, campus job, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Full training is provided.

Schedule & Location

• Flexible working hours, with core hours aligned to East Coast clients (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT).
• Full-time or part-time available.
• In-person at our Irvine office during training, with hybrid work-from-home options afterward.
• Candidates must live within driving distance of our Irvine office.
