Job Description
Access Healthcare is hiring candidates for the AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) role in the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. Candidates with excellent English communication skills who are interested in working in an international voice process are encouraged to apply. Prior knowledge of medical billing is not mandatory, as training will be provided from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and claim status.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and claim follow-ups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills (Complete Voice Process)
- Willing to work in a fixed night shift.
- Willing to work from the office (work from home is not available).
Qualifications
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in other domains are eligible.
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
