About the Role
The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashik. The intern will support business growth by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation activities and contributing to outreach campaigns. The role offers exposure to precision engineering and manufacturing environments, with opportunities to learn about industrial sectors served by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze industry data.
- Prepare client presentations.
- Maintain records of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Help ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic documentation skills
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market and business data.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering or industrial markets; prior exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Nashik, collaborate in a team and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Professional work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn and take initiative.
