Job Title: Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support the execution, maintenance, and renovation of retail stores and other company facilities. The candidate will assist with store setup, civil works, site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in civil works for new retail store openings, renovations, and existing store maintenance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction and repair activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor civil works such as flooring, painting, plastering, partitions, and ceiling installations.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per company standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, measurements, and project reports.
• Read and interpret basic civil drawings and layouts.
• Track project progress, timelines, material requirements, and expenses.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to safety standards and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with store managers and internal departments to resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain site documentation, bills, work completion reports, and measurement records.
• Travel to retail store locations as required for inspections and project execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Basic understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or site-training experience will have an added advantage.
• Candidates interested in retail store projects, construction, and facility maintenance are preferred.
