About the Role
Flatscanner is seeking its first Growth hire to drive key metrics: rooms posted and users starting their Flatscanner Agent. This role focuses on hands-on growth before scaling, involving identifying channels, testing acquisition methods, measuring results, and optimizing successful strategies. The position requires running experiments in various communities and locations, with the goal of turning effective methods into repeatable channels. You will work directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and test acquisition channels for renters and room owners in Bangalore.
- Run experiments in room groups, co-living spaces, tech parks, and new-joiner networks.
- Measure weekly growth metrics and double down on what works.
- Develop repeatable growth channels.
