About the Role

This is a UK Voice Process role at Firstsource, welcoming both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Revert to customer calls on a variety of issues.
• Update and process information accurately into the system.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
• Take ownership and deliver on customer commitments.
• Liaise with internal teams when customer queries cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.
• Maintain clear communication using simple English to provide information and solutions.
• Demonstrate personal and professional integrity while dealing with customers.
• Treat all customers with empathy, respect, and consideration.
• Identify solutions from the customer's perspective and fulfil all commitments.
• Work collaboratively as a team, build trust, and engage in constructive conversations for team success.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a UK Voice Support Process.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, or Graduation are eligible.
• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post-Graduation holders are eligible.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with prior experience can also apply.
• No prior experience required for freshers.
• Anyone who attended an interview before 30 days is not eligible to attend the walk-in.
