Assistant

About the Role

The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak Tehsil. The Assistant will support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Pronest nesting software, Turbonest, G0XIN Software, Microsoft Excel, and Smacc ERP Software to prepare production reports, update records, and maintain accurate data.
• Enter and validate information.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and summaries.
• Track material usage and job status.
• Organize documents.
• Assist with scheduling.
• Follow established procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to resolve data issues.
• Support continuous improvements in workflow and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Pronest nesting software, Turbonest, or G0XIN Software for production or layout planning is preferred.
• Experience using Smacc ERP Software or similar ERP systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Pronest nesting software, Turbonest, or G0XIN Software.
• Experience using Smacc ERP Software or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with production, planning, and administrative teams.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or fabrication workflows is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Rohtak Tehsil and manage tasks independently under guidance.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
