About the Role
Join SocyU as an intern to learn how marketing contributes to reaching people and growing sales. You will work on real tasks, from content idea generation to performance analysis, with guidance provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Write posts: Create short, clear, and interesting captions for social media, adapting the tone for each platform.
- Find ideas: Research topics, identify online trends, and suggest timely content ideas.
- Plan the calendar: Maintain the content calendar, tracking drafts, reviews, and posting dates.
- Make visuals: Create or edit simple images and videos using provided templates and tools.
- Check results: Monitor post performance, track engagement metrics (likes, comments, inquiries), and report findings.
- Reply to people: Respond to comments and messages following approved guidelines, escalating complex queries.
- Support sales:
- Write clear calls to action.
- Organize inquiries from interested parties.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate.
- Proficient in writing clear, simple English.
- Familiar with social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Curious, a fast learner, and proactive in asking questions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate within a team.
- Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps are a plus, but not required.
