About the Role

ScaleOn Consulting is seeking a proactive Operations Intern to collaborate with the Founder and project teams. This role offers hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a consulting business, with an emphasis on using AI tools for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily task tracking, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Build and maintain Google Sheets trackers for delivery, reporting, and outreach.
• Coordinate schedules, meeting notes, action items, and deadlines with the Founder and teams.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, templates, and workflows from provided inputs.
• Support client documentation, proposal coordination, and timeline management.
• Maintain folder structures, file naming systems, and lead/CRM trackers.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite documentation, summaries, and reporting.
• Conduct client site visits for audits, trainings, and on-ground support as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with AI tools, or a strong interest in learning and applying them.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Genuine interest in operations, process building, and consulting.
• Currently located in or near Lucknow, and comfortable with occasional client visits.
• Open to relocating to Lucknow for a potential full-time role post-internship.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
