About the Role
This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you’ll do real work. You’ll build relationships with other interns and leaders across the company, and you’ll be paired with mentors who will challenge you to grow skills that matter. You’ll work alongside T-Mobile employees who have your back.
What You'll Do
- Work on projects that deliver capabilities to Frontline Experts supporting customers in Care and Retail.
- Work on projects that deliver capabilities on our website.
- Deliver analytical insights specific to work being delivered for Frontline.
- Use JIRA to track work.
- Use GIT Lab for code and documentation repository.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical skills
- Software development skills
- Good communication skills
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post internship.
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external Summer Internships.
Relocation assistance will be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $27/hour to $50/hour, based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
